Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy Overview

At Medium Duty Truck Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
✅ Item must be in its original, unused condition
✅ Item must be in the original packaging with all included accessories
✅ A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided
✅ Item must not be on the non-returnable items list

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Electrical parts (sensors, switches, modules) that have been installed or used
• Custom or special-order parts
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
• Parts that have been damaged due to improper installation
• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team through contact detail provided at contact page
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team
4. Securely pack the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
5. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Please note: Do not ship any items back without first receiving an RMA number. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Medium Duty Truck Parts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the return is received
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong part. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team at returns@mediumdutytruckparts.com. For a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or defect
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
